Even the interior hallways have not been altered. Up the street is the luncheonette, "Hob Nob Hill", established in 1943. It's a true luncheonette and even has a counter with stools. Close to museums, eateries, etc.A complimentary bottle of wine. Over looking San Diego Bay, and a just about a mile from from the Harbor, it always has a nice off shore breeze. This room is a large studio room with a separate kitchen, fully equipped. And a separate bath and shower. It's a corner unit and has great natural light most of the day. We also have thousands of feet of decks for all our guests to enjoy and a study on the first floor for anyone needing to use it. While under the flight path, the building has been soundproofed pretty well.
