Property Description

This is a large two bedroom apartment, featuring a large living room and kitchen. The bathroom has a large tile shower with a double sink vanity and tile floor. There is original built-in cabinetry with extra storage within the apartment. A coin operated laundry room is located within the apartment complex. Free first come, first serve parking is located at the back of the building. There is also free on street parking with two hour time restrictions Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. There are multiple city owned parking lots and a parking ramp within one to two blocks of the apartment complex.

Clean and close to Ottumwa Regional!

Nice clean apartment

quiet clean and soacuous

Submitted: 6/20/2024 12:00:00 AM Had the pleasure of staying at the Centennial Suites in Ottumwa. It was spacious and clean and had everything I needed while I was away from my home for work. The owners of the property were attentive and helpful with anything else I needed during my stay. If I find myself in Ottumwa IA again, I will surely be revisiting the Centennial Suites again.
