2C - Newly renovated apartments in a historical building/ We are located in Ottumwa's Main Street District. We offer move-in ready, modern apartments with historical flair. Open and spacious living areas in a clean, quiet living space. Our apartments have large windows with lots of natural light. Kitchens include stainless steel stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, a regular coffee maker (not a Keurig) and basic kitchen items. We provide bed linens, a set of 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels.

Clean and close to Ottumwa Regional!

Nice clean apartment

quiet clean and soacuous

Submitted: 6/20/2024 12:00:00 AM Had the pleasure of staying at the Centennial Suites in Ottumwa. It was spacious and clean and had everything I needed while I was away from my home for work. The owners of the property were attentive and helpful with anything else I needed during my stay. If I find myself in Ottumwa IA again, I will surely be revisiting the Centennial Suites again.
