Fully equipped kitchen includes full size fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, small appliances, and full sets of pans/dishes etc. this condo features in unit laundry, bathroom with tub/shower combo, two bedrooms, a work from home space, and fully stocked linens. All utilities and internet are included in the cost of rent to simplify your stay.
The HOA has a strict one animal per unit policy. It can be either a cat or a dog which is less than 30 pounds.

We are a fully inspected and permitted rental, permitted for stays 30+ days. Please note that a cleaning fee of $100 is deducted from deposit for stays 2 months and under. No cleaning fee is applied to stays over 2 months. We do this to try to keep your costs as low as possible while being able to provide a luxurious and sanitary environment.
