About your space-
Relax and unwind in your own private retreat after work. Our very top priority is to ensure my properties are furnished comfortably, functionally, and with a beautiful modern aesthetic. Each unit contains one bedroom with a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom, large walk in closet, and a comfortable living area with a large smart TV, kitchen island, and plush comfortable throws for you to kick back in after work. Furnishings include plush blankets and throw pillows, comfortable new mattresses with upholstered bed frames, a sherpa ottoman to put your feet up on, and a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of options for small appliances.
About our building-
My husband is a former travel physician who struggled to find a private fully stocked place to live while on contract and providing this for our local travelers is our PASSION. Our building was designed with you in mind. Stay in a building surrounded by fellow travel professionals with secured entry, security lights, exterior cameras, a well lit parking lot, and a brand new upgraded laundry room. Our hope is that this will offer a unique opportunity to get to know fellow travelers while maintaining your own completely private apartment. We also hope that being surrounded by other travel professionals will offer you the peaceful, quiet environment you need to rest after work. We have added a fenced in dog run situated next to a new patio with seating for you to watch your little travel companion play and get to know your fellow travelers! Creating inviting beautiful homes is more than just a job to me and I hope that is apparent through the love and effort I put into each individual space.
About the area-
This building is in a quiet area conveniently within walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. There is a bus stop located in front of the building with stops at UIHC, Eastern Iowa Inpatient Rehab, and a few blocks from UIHC Downtown Campus (formerly Mercy), it also goes to Walmart, and Coral Ridge mall for shopping. It is also very easy to jump on the main strip that will take you to work. There is a mall, a Walmart, and a Costco located not too far away for any of your shopping need. Planet fitness, Orange Theory, and anytime fitness within blocks.
Pet Policy-
We understand that traveling for long periods of time can be lonely and a lot of travelers have a travel companion. That is why we are a pet friendly building and would be happy to provide a home for you and your pet. We maintain a strict ONE pet policy and charge a non-refundable $150 pet cleaning fee to do a deep clean between tenants. Pets must be under 50 lbs and fully house trained.
Laundry-
Each building has a laundry room with 2 washer and dryer sets that are completely free for tenants to use. Since each of our tenants have different work schedules, there has yet to be an issue with a machine not being available when you want to do laundry.

Notes-
We are a fully inspected and permitted rental, permitted for stays 30+ days. Please note that a cleaning fee of $100 is deducted from deposit for stays 2 months and under. No cleaning fee is applied to stays over 2 months. We do this to try to keep your costs as low as possible while being able to provide a luxurious and sanitary environment.
