*The laundry room is the dividing space between the two rentals and it will be shared. This is the only shared space. There is a lock on each door into the laundry room for privacy and safety.
The backyard is split by a fence dividing casita guests and your portion of the yard which features the BBQ, covered patio, and table/chairs.
