Submitted: 8/6/2024 12:00:00 AM The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Its a beautiful place. Updated nicely. The shower was nice and the bed was so comfortable. It was stocked with everything I needed. I felt safe around the building, even walking my dog at 1-2am. It was pretty quiet. Plenty areas to walk the dog and a dog park within the complex. Only an 8 minute drive to the parking garage at Unc chapel hill. To no fault of the owner, the outside I always had to keep an eye on my dog bc there was broken glass, beer bottles, or random food left out.

Overall great stay

Submitted: 4/25/2024 12:00:00 AM We really enjoyed our stay! The pictures are accurate. Location was good for using the busses to get to work at UNC. We had one incident of a leaky faucet and M was super responsive and took care of the problem right away. Highly recommend!
