600 sqft private guest suite with private entrance, a king bed, large newly remodeled bathroom with soaker tub and large walk in shower, new kitchenette , a relaxing living room space with 72 inch screen TV, and private fenced patio.

Validation of short-term medical professional contract with VVMC required. Minimum stay is 90 days . First and last months rent, a refundable security deposit, and the cleaning fee are due at the signing of the short -term rental contract. Payments to be made via Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

Fantastic Property

Submitted: 3/19/2026 8:51:49 PM I had a fantastic stay at their beautiful home. Jeanne was great at communicating with me and welcomed me into the home upon day 1. Answered all questions I had and respected the space while I was a tenant. I would recommend this place to anyone, and it was lovely being able to walk to work 3 days of the week! Quiet neighborhood, spacious living environment, and truly would stay here again. Very accomodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me!

Amazing stay!

Submitted: 2/5/2026 4:41:22 AM Wonderful one-month stay! The space was comfortable, well-furnished, and felt like home. The hosts were responsive and helpful. One of the nicest people I have met. Very safe neighborhood, and literally walking distance to the hospital. I would stay here again if there is an opportunity.

Perfect place to stay!!!

Submitted: 1/28/2026 11:06:33 PM This living space is a must. It has plenty of space, everything is updated, the landlords are wonderful. I walk daily to work the hospital is so close & even if you're not here to work you're close to so many areas to explore. Don't miss out on this awesome place!

Amazing Property

It was right down the street from the hospital. The owners are amazing they made check in so easy and were really nice, they checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure I would have a perfect stay. I will stay again.
