Landlord gives a lease that make you waive the tenant rights and doesn't return deposit

Submitted: 7/22/2025 12:00:00 AM The landlord is not returning the deposit. I've tried multiple ways to reach her, but she just disappeared, not answering any of the messages I sent. Check really carefully before you sign the lease, as it makes you waive a lot of tenant rights. Personally, I do not recommend living there, since the communication with the landlord is exhausting, and she has a lot of extra requirements when you are living there.
