Just a little insight

Submitted: 2/11/2026 1:03:08 AM Semi good location close to down town. Parking is convenient if you can get in the parking area at a decent time. Far as the apartment good amount of space for one person but you can literally hear everything on your floor (C) from inside of your apartment. It can gets really loud far as people playing loud music, talking , all the above. Cabinet in apartment fell apart took maintenance over two weeks to fix .Washer and dryer in building but you have to pay to use it. Keep in mind lease agreement stated deposit will be returned within two week waited well over a month for the deposit had to call to remind them to send it off. Keep in mind the building isn't up filled with just traveler as I was told.

Great for short-term and long-term stays!

Submitted: 5/29/2024 12:00:00 AM I stayed in this building for 3 months and it was perfect for my short-term stay. The apartment came fully furnished with all living room, bedroom and kitchen necessities. I really only needed my clothes. The entire management team is incredibly professional and are quick to attend to any queries. D, B and L were awesome and always helpful in any situation. The building had secure and gated parking with plenty of parking spots. The building was overall very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
