Property Description

This is a one-bedroom / one-bathroom apartment unit that was fully renovated from top to bottom. It is perfectly suited for travel nurses and other medical or business professionals. It contains all new interior decor and furnishings with numerous windows that offer natural light to brighten the space and two Smart TVs supported by high-speed internet for all your streaming and viewing pleasure. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with extra bedding, room-darkening curtains and a spacious wall to wall closet. The unit's bathroom has a shower/tub combo perfect for your relaxation after a long shift. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, stove/ oven combination and comes complete with all the essential amenities you will need during your stay including cookware, utensils and dining ware amenities. This two-story unit has an original brick-exposed wall, a private balcony, flex space decorated as an office with extra small sofa. Apartment also has an in-unit washer and dryer. Additionally, the apartment is in a very walkable historical neighborhood (89 out of 100 score) and is only minutes away from major medical centers.

Submitted: 5/1/2026 3:45:26 AM My stay on Allen ave was great, this spot is literally steps away from bars and restaurants that will become your go to spots, everything was as it was advertised. Comfortable accommodations, Communication with the owner was professional and prompt, on site laundry was incredibly helpful. Parking was strategic but can be worked out with timing and patience. Overall I would stay again if I'm back in the STL area. Thank you Robert for your hospitality.

Great Spot

Submitted: 11/25/2025 12:00:00 AM We stayed here for 4 months while I was travelling for work and it was such a great location with lots of bars, restaurants, and Soulard events happening within walking distance. Lots of space and great for hosting friends/family with the extra room. Street parking is usually ample (little tougher on the weekends but just a short walk) and having the washer/dryer in unit C was very convenient. Landlords are also great and attentive, quick to resolve anything that came up. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Great Soulard Rental

Great Experience!

Submitted: 9/30/2025 12:00:00 AM Rob & Cassandra are the most reliable and responsive Furnished Finder landlords I have ever had! - Unit comes with everything you need (bedding, pillows, linens, large TV, large closet, reliable internet, kitchen supplies, etc). - Plentiful street parking - Keyless entry with personal code (major plus for me, no need to worry about forgetting/misplacing your physical keys) - Blackout curtains and room divider for privacy - Large fan/light above the bed with a remote for easy on/off. - FREE shared laundry room (two washers/two dryers) in the basement that is well maintained with extra supplies such as tide pods, dryer sheets, etc. - If you are not familiar with Soulard, it is a vibrant historic neighborhood known for its busy bar scene. You have to understand there WILL be noise living in Soulard but my loud fan still drowned out the noise most nights! Overall, I had a great experience! Thanks for everything!

Highly recommend

Submitted: 5/23/2025 12:00:00 AM I stayed at this location for 8 months and throughly enjoyed myself. Less than 15 minutes away from BJC and SLUH. Plenty of bars and nightlife for you to enjoy. The unit was stylish and clean. No washer/dryer in the unit but there are multiple washer/dryers in the basement of the complex with complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener. Parking for the most part is easily available most days unless theres big events happening in the area. R is easy to communicate with and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect Apartment

Submitted: 4/9/2025 12:00:00 AM I loved my stay here! The location is perfect, it can get a little busy in the neighborhood on the weekends but nothing crazy. I never had any issues with parking either. There is a great coffee shop about a block away and so many great places for food/drinks. The landlords were very responsive and had great communication. If I'm ever back in STL I'll try to stay here for sure.

Not what it looks like!

Submitted: 3/2/2025 12:00:00 AM Great location unless you come in February! Expectto walk 5 aat leaast blocks during Maardi. Gras! (untold to me). and nobody told me that I needed a pass to park either! Next to a bar so street parking is iffy at best! Laundry doesn't work cuz it doesnt drainthe water so I have to spend money on the coin operated machinees to finish the job. Neverheard of deposit beenkept by the Proprietor even though the windoes are old as hell and leak cold and you. feel the. cold comig in so. bundle up. Shower door doesnt close and it leaks and no wonder they want keep the deposit.There was marks. on the wall... etc etc.... Your choice! but i will never come back to this property and ibeen a travel nurse for 5 years and i find this property as been below acceptable and the internet sucks too!

Good day Raul, our apologies for any inconvenience you experienced during the annual Mardi Gras activities. However, communications were provided to all tenants in advance, including parking protocols. Soulard, a popular historical area is a walkable residential neighborhood with many restaurants, sports bars, coffee shops, etc. throughout the community. Parking at times may indeed be challenging during active weekend evening hours, however, in the two years we have owned the property. we have not received any complaints regarding this matter. As per our earlier communications and housing manual provided we request that you take the time to look around and make sure you have everything you need and to notify us otherwise. This is the first time we are hearing of any issues you identified upon arrival. Your unit includes a recently purchased new stackable washer and dryer set for your personal use, and has worked without incident for other tenants prior to your stay. There are also larger washers and dryers in the basement of your building available for you to use for larger, bulkier items free of charge. If there are no damages to the property at the end of your lease you are entitled to your housing security deposit being returned. Your pet fee is not refundable as outlined in your lease agreement. We ensure that all our units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any defects, damages, or other concerns like ink on the walls including photos taken and shared with us before a new tenant moves in. There were no reported concerns shared with us. We realize that we may not always be able to please everyone, however - we are very hands on and make it a point to be proactive and timely respond to our tenants. Our goal is to provide all our tenants with as many conveniences as possible during your greatly appreciated service here in the St. Louis community. We will be back in the area this week and are happy to meet directly with you. Please let us know if your schedule allows you to do so.

Excellent Rental

Beautiful Apartment

It is fully furnished and very clean.It's in the heart of soulard and footsteps from the local restaurants and bars so it's very convenient. The owners are wonderful and respond in a timely manner. If I was to ever move to STL I would rent from them over and over. Before I came to STL I was kind of scared and nervous and they made me feel safe and comfortable.

Submitted: 5/31/2024 12:00:00 AM This is a fantastic unit in the heart of the historic neighborhood Soulard. Steps from all the local restaurants, blues clubs and bars the neighborhood has to offer. The apartment itself is on a quiet residential street so you have that balance of home and fun Upon arrival the unit was spotlessly clean with thoughtful amenities that go above and beyond typical Airbnb rentals. It's fully furnished as pictured with all the appliances and amenities needed to comfortably settle in. Going through the unit I was pleasantly surprised over and over at the thoughtfulness put into the space. The electronic lock is easy to use and convenient so you never have to worry about needing a key to lock/unlock the apartment. 2 Free washers and dryers are located a short walk around the corner in a clean and convenient laundry room R is highly responsive and quick to answers any questions. Of all my Airbnb rentals this has been the most pleasant experience I've had. I recommend 10 out of 10.

Awesome Furnish Finder Place W/ Great Landlord

AMAZING APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION!

R is an awesome landlord and has literally thought of everything that you might need during your stay!
