Unit #12 @ 2805 E 16th Ave is a 620 sqft 1BR on the third/top floor. Tons of natural light from large west-facing windows throughout and a newly remodeled kitchen. Two separate WFH workspaces in the den and bedroom office nook.

PARKING: It's 2 hour parking on the immediate block during business hours (8-6 Mon-Fri) and unrestricted 24/7 free street parking on adjacent blocks. If you wanted to park on our immediate block, you can get a temporary parking pass with a $25 fee through the City of Denver. We have 30 apartments on the block and our guests don't seem to have trouble finding parking nearby. Inquire about limited garage and uncovered parking availability.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement.
LEASE & FIRST PAYMENT UPFRONT: To secure the apartment, well sign an e-lease and collect the first months rent and security deposit upfront.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no-cats policy. Pet rent is $80/dog/month.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a full refund, Tenant must cancel within 48 hours of booking AND the cancellation must occur at least 28 days before check-in. If Tenant cancels outside that window, whether before the check-in or after, the Tenant is responsible for paying for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights. If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation, Tenant is only responsible for remaining nights.
