Kinley Manor Guest House consists of two units. Your new home is centrally located one block off NE Broadway, one of Portland's most popular thoroughfares, and is one block from Safeway, the Lloyd Center (Portland's oldest and biggest shopping mall), the Convention Center, The Rose Quarter, some of Portland's most popular restaurants and movie theaters. For some reason the app does not allow me to indicate a queen bed but actually theres a queen bed in the loft and the full size futon in the living room.
Just across the river is Portland's popular and trendy Pearl District for additional shopping and entertainment, Portland State University.
No matter if your adventures take you to the Columbia Gorge, Multnomah Falls, Mount Hood or the Oregon Coast, let the Kinley Manor Guest House serve as
your relaxing home base!
You have access to our back deck and small more private side garden. You also have access to bikes if their size accommodates you. Or, you can store your bike in the secured laundry room. If you are in a pinch and need us to take your dog for a walk, we would be honored. It is $100 extra a month for a dog on the premises. f you would like weekly housekeeping we can work out an arrangement.
As host, you can expect us to be very flexible, friendly and attentive.
