Property Description

Property is a small, quiet, 8 unit apartment complex. This apartment is fully furnished with a full gas range and refrigerator in the kitchen. There are washer and dryers on premises. It is within walking distance of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center, Cook Childrens Medical Center, and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital. It is less than 2 miles to John Peter Smith (JPS).

Within 2.5 miles there is Downtown Fort Worth with Sundance Square, Fort Worth Water Gardens, the Panther Island Pavilion, many fine restaurants and shopping, and access to the TRE. There is Fort Worth Zoo, Trinity Park (connecting 25 miles of running trails along the Trinity River), Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, Japanese Gardens, Will Rogers complex, the Arts District with many fine museums, and the vibrant West 7th Crockett Row district, all within 2.5 miles. You are 3 miles from the Fort Worth Historic Stockyards with its many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. And of course just 25 minutes away is Six Flags Over Texas, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, Dallas Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers Stadium.

Great location

Submitted: 2/25/2025 12:00:00 AM I stayed here for 3x months and really enjoyed my stay. I walked to the hospital daily which was safer than navigating the roads with ice and snow. Close to the beautiful Trinity Trails for running and bike riding, walking distance to great restaurants on Magnolia. Free laundry in basement. Owner and management very responsive. The apartment had everything you would need but the furniture has been well worn

Nice place close to the large Fort Worth hospitals

The apartment I stayed in was a nice, basic apartment and the building is within 2 miles of all of the major hospitals in the Fort Worth hospital district. The building is in a safe neighborhood, it is quiet, the owner and his staff are very professional. Nice park 1 block away. I had no issues at all, I recommend, and would stay here again.

Did the job

The apartment I stayed in was definitely a little older however I do believe some units have been recently renovated. Being on the bottom floor you can definitely hear people walking above you as well as the nearby train. Free laundry in basement however the basement is pretty creepy... overall though I had no problems and renters were quick to respond as needed.

Nice Place

Submitted: 2/21/2023 12:00:00 AM The location is great, close to the medical center with some cool shops/restaurants within walking distance. It has a kitchen so you can cook if you prefer. Because it's near downtown there's a lot of entertainment and different things to do nearby, which was a perk to me. Clean and pretty quiet so I was able to sleep (I'm a light sleeper so it makes a difference). Management was pleasant to deal with and professional.

Submitted: 2/9/2023 12:00:00 AM The apartment is in a great location: - Right by the trinity river, a nice place to walk, run, or bike if you can find the time. - Nice restaurants and shops close by over the pedestrian bridge. - 5 minutes walk to the Magnolia Street commercial area. - Baylor medical center is close, about 100 yards away close. The apartment itself was clean and quiet. The owner/management is responsive and easy to get in contact with. Washer and dryer is available. Would stay here again, highly recommend.

Unsafe and FILTHY

Submitted: 1/26/2023 8:28:42 AM By far the worst experience Ive had as a travel nurse in the past 2 years. Absolutely filthy. Huge bugs, rusty water, drug dealer within the building, and smells like marijuana constantly. Dirty sheets and stained pillows and mattress. No basics provided. Not even a trash liner. Loud train directly behind the building. Unsafe, scary, shared laundry room in the basement. Many many complaints, with nothing accomplished. Worst of all, the owner, a doctor, is dishonest, and unethical, and refuses to return my $500 deposit because he didnt receive keys back, when they were in fact returned. Many many more issues, with pictures as proof. Lawsuit underway. Do not rent here.

This review is not factual, but the accusations of a disgruntled tenant who wanted to break their lease. Initially she wanted to be released from her lease and on November 10 wrote Thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality. She left about 4 weeks early and we only charged half the rent. We suffered financially since she left but still tried to compromise. The tenant became angry and vengeful. She then wrote With the review Im about to postI sure hope that the prorated rent you insist on charging is worth the years of income youll lose She vandalized the apartment and stole the keys making it necessary to rekey the locks and fix other damage. The expenses exceeded the security deposit. All basic needs are supplied including trash liners, kitchen ware, coffee maker, toaster, linens, towels, etc. This is contained in a multi page checklist. We do regular pest control and maintenance and have security. We have many satisfied and repeat tenants.

Great Stay

Great convenient location, close to nearby hospitals, restaurant, etc. Easy parking situation and shared washers and dryers are free to use in the basement. There are train tracks very close by and trains go by frequently, but thats the only downside. Dr. M and his assistant N are wonderful. I would stay here again

Very nice apartment

Submitted: 5/26/2022 9:10:20 PM I stayed here from March-June. Dr M was very responsive as well as office. Its less than a mile from THR and right by great restaurants and downtown. The apartment was super cute and cozy. Its close to the railroad tracks but it didnt bother me. Very quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the river. I really enjoyed it here.

Great stay

These apartments are owned by a local doctor & was recently updated with no appliances & furniture. 2 washers & dryers free for use in the basement. 4 off street spots & plenty of street parking. N the property manager is very responsive when needed. The only downside is there is a train that goes by pretty close but I would definitely stay here again.

really enjoyed my stay

I am a travel respiratory therapist who took an assignment at a nearby hospital during covid pandemic. very quiet neighborhood and you close to everything. nice restaurants, shopping, groceries with minimal traffic. The landlord is pretty responsive to any issues you maybe having. e.g. my heat was out and by the next day it was back on.
