Two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, dresser, mirror, nightstand, lamp, chair, and closet with hangers. The living room has a couch, coffee table and smart TV. We provide all your linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries.
Bathroom has full tub and shower. Washer/dryer in unit next to bathroom.
All utilities including internet, plus trash service and lawn care is provided.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Rt 64. Our neighbors are great! Located one mile from Wegman's shopping center with restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend the Indian restaurant Kanak, as well as Timberwood Taphouse. Short drive to downtown Charlottesville. Close to two major hospitals in the area: UVA and Martha Jefferson Sentara. Ten minutes or less to downtown Charlottesville.
We are pet friendly but require a pet fee, and need to know info about your pet. This house is in a cul-de-sac and is a perfect spot to walk your dog (please always clean up after your pet!). If you have a cat, they will love sitting on the back of the couch looking out the window!
There is a downstairs unit at the house with separate entrance. Currently rented occasionally to travel nurses.
